On-Site Balance Terms

• A refund is provided only for services such as TM Verif or at the discretion of the Q-Market administrator, and only as a credit to the internal site balance.

• Withdrawals from the site balance are possible only if technically feasible on the Q-Market side and are subject to a 20% withdrawal fee (excluding network fees).

• Funds earned through participation in on-site rewards, balance top-ups, and similar activities cannot be withdrawn and are voided upon withdrawal.
