What we need from you to successfully complete your order:
Provide full access to the emails linked to your TM items.
Provide a complete list of phone numbers for your TM items (note that each item must have a unique phone number if you plan to participate in events).
Provide access to SMS codes either via a Discord Webhook or by giving us access to your number provider’s website. (We do not accept email forwarding as an option — only Webhook or direct site access.)
Ensure that your numbers are fully operational at all times so that our team can work around the clock without waiting on your side.
How the phone number change process works:
We use our own proven methods, consisting of three key stages. After our work is complete, there may be some "ticket traces" left on your items, but this is not always the case. Once finished, you will receive your TM items with your new phone numbers attached.
What we will never do:
We will not change email passwords without your explicit permission.
We will not touch your tickets on your TM items.
We will not alter any security settings.
