35 Days Effect

The 35-day effect refers to a period during which a TM item may hold a queue position that does not reflect its actual status. During this time, the trust level from TM regarding certain security criteria can decrease. After 35 days, the item typically starts showing its true queue position.

This effect is usually triggered by significant changes to the TM item settings, such as phone number changes, email changes, or updates to user data (name, surname).

To increase TM’s trust level and improve your item’s rate, it is recommended to participate in at least a few major events after the 35-day effect has ended.

It is also important to understand that when purchasing items with unlinked phone numbers or when ordering a phone number change service — the 35-day effect is automatically activated. For this reason, we do not accept any complaints related to this effect.
