Security Terms
General Terms about Security
Every user is responsible for securing their items immediately after receiving the order. This means that regardless of the type of item you receive, you are required to promptly update all security settings, such as the item or email password, backup email, two-factor authentication keys, and other related data.
We strongly recommend updating these settings at least once every 30 days. This is due to the increased interest from malicious actors, a growing number of malware infections (resulting from using unverified software), and the risks associated with sharing access with friends or acquaintances. Failure to follow these measures may result in data breaches, loss of items, and loss of any assets stored on these items.
Q-Market does not take responsibility and does not provide warranty coverage for incidents caused by violating these guidelines.
Hotmail Security Terms
The Hotmail items have temporary backup emails set up on Q-Market domains, and customers are not supposed to have access to codes from these domains
We strongly ask you to update the backup email to avoid any access issues, to do this you just need the login, password, and the authenticator app code, which you can get from the order spreadsheet.
TM Security Terms
The user is required to change the TM item password as soon as possible after receiving the order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties. Additionally, the user must update the TM item password at least once every 30 days and carefully monitor the accuracy of their personal data specified in the TM item.
