Warranty Terms

We provide a lifetime warranty on all our items and services. This warranty includes free replacements, adjustments to item properties, and any other necessary actions resulting from issues on our side. Additionally, we offer lifetime support for any questions or concerns related to your items.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • User actions such as using third-party software, violating our security guidelines, deliberate or careless actions that damage the item.

  • Ignoring mandatory recommendations regarding password and security updates.

  • External changes that affect the item's properties (e.g., updates that require new phone verification, etc.).

  • Granting access to items or services to third parties.

  • Reselling items, services, or access without prior agreement with Q-Market.

  • Any other user actions that result in the item no longer functioning properly.

  • Receiving Verif emails/requests is not covered by the guarantee.

In such cases, Q-Market may provide paid support or make the necessary adjustments at the user’s expense.


Forwarding warranty:

We provide a 60-day warranty for free re-forwarding of HT / OUT items starting from the day you receive your order. After the 60-day warranty period, we can still help: either by providing a detailed self-service guide or by performing the re-forwarding for you at a rate of $0.08 per item (with a minimum service fee of $10 per request).
