Why Gmail is required for order access

Only Gmail addresses can be used to access Google Spreadsheets.

The provided Gmail will be granted access to a Google spreadsheet containing your order details. This is required because Google Sheets supports secure access control only through Google services.

Access to the spreadsheet is granted after the order is completed, not at the moment the ticket is opened. Once the order is finished, the spreadsheet access will be sent automatically.

Using a Gmail address allows us to limit access strictly to the owner of that email and prevent access by third parties. Other email providers are not supported for this purpose.
