Refund Policy
By engaging in any interaction with the Q-Market infrastructure, you agree to these terms.
All purchases on Q-Market are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is completed, the granted digital access is considered fully delivered immediately. After this moment, the order is placed in a non-refundable state, regardless of usage or delivery timing.
Q-Market does not provide refunds, cancellations, or reversals as part of its standard policy.
In rare and exceptional cases, Q-Market may, at its sole discretion, decide to issue compensation. This is not a user right and does not create any expectation or precedent. Such decisions apply only to access internally classified under the Services category.
If compensation is granted, it is issued only to the internal site balance.
Users may request a withdrawal of available site balance. All withdrawals are processed with a mandatory 20% commission, applied to cover payment processing, operational, and compliance-related costs. This commission is non-refundable.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided in cases involving user error, security or usage violations, third-party tools or bots, proxy-related issues, external or platform-wide actions, policy changes, or violations of the Q-Market Terms of Service.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with Q-Market administration are considered a violation and may result in termination without compensation.
All refund-related decisions are final and made exclusively by Q-Market administration.
