User Security Responsibility

By engaging in any interaction with the Q-Market infrastructure, you agree to these terms.

The user is fully and solely responsible for securing any digital access granted through Q-Market.

Immediately after access is provided, the user must perform a full security update. This requirement is mandatory and includes, but is not limited to:

  • changing all passwords

  • updating recovery email and phone settings

  • enabling and securing 2FA where applicable

  • ensuring a clean, secure, and isolated environment (devices, networks, proxies)

Failure to perform a complete security update places all related risks on the user and voids any warranty or support obligations.

Q-Market bears no responsibility for losses, restrictions, or issues caused by:

  • failure to change or secure access

  • credential leaks, reuse, or sharing

  • compromised devices, environments, or proxies

  • actions of third parties

  • user negligence or misuse

Any access restrictions, suspensions, or losses resulting from inadequate security practices are considered user responsibility.

Q-Market does not monitor, manage, or control user-side security actions and does not guarantee protection against consequences arising from user security failures.

By continuing to use Q-Market access, the user acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for securing and maintaining their access.
