Warranty and Guarantee

By engaging in any interaction with the Q-Market infrastructure, you agree to these terms.

Q-Market provides a lifetime warranty only for issues caused directly by Q-Market’s side.

All granted digital access must be reviewed within 48 hours from the moment it is considered delivered. Any claims submitted after this period are not eligible for warranty consideration.

The warranty applies only to technical or delivery-related issues attributable to Q-Market. It does not cover results, outcomes, availability, persistence, or performance of access.

User Security Requirement

Users are fully responsible for securing any granted access.

Immediately after access is provided, the user is required to perform a full security update, including but not limited to:

• changing all passwords

• updating recovery email and phone settings

• enabling and securing 2FA where applicable

• ensuring a clean and secure environment

If the user fails to perform a full security update, any resulting issues, losses, restrictions, or access termination are considered user responsibility and are not covered by warranty.

Failure to properly change or secure access automatically voids all warranty and support obligations.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in cases involving:

• user actions, negligence, or misuse

• failure to fully change or secure access

• use of third-party software, automation tools, or bots

• proxy misuse or contaminated environments

• credential sharing or unauthorized third-party access

• external or platform-wide enforcement actions

• changes in third-party platform rules, policies, or verification requirements

Platform-wide restrictions, automated enforcement, or policy changes are considered outside of Q-Market’s control and do not constitute a defect or failure of the granted access.

Q-Market does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, persistence, success rates, or any specific outcome associated with granted access.

All warranty-related decisions are made solely by Q-Market administration and are final.
