What You Must Do After Order Completion

After your order is completed, you have 48 hours to review the delivered order. Details about the review period and warranty conditions are described in the relevant section of this guide Deadline for client items review & Warranty Cases.

Once you have received your order, you assume full responsibility for all delivered items. You are required to fully change all security settings and passwords to ensure that no third party retains access. Q-Market bears no responsibility for any issues, losses, or restrictions caused by failure to secure your items.

Important Email Notice (HT / OUT)

Do not log in directly to HT/OUT email. Logging into the email will result in forwarding / redirect being disabled automatically.

If you want to test the forwarding functionality, it is recommended to request an OTP (one-time password) from a service. Personal emails, especially meaningless or test messages, are often filtered by Microsoft’s algorithms, sent to junk, or cause the sender to be blocked.
